We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of EUCOM mission objectives.
•Provide the UC design, installation, integration, and product development so that the team meets customer specifications and complies/conforms with the organizational roadmap.
•Develop engineering design plans, provide engineering solutioning, ensure engineering solutions meet configuration baselines.
•Develop and deliver installation, integration and maintenance documentation to operations and maintenance personnel.
•Work with external service providers to ensure their solutions meet the organizations configuration management policy and procedures.
•Support engineering tasks for the project management lifecycle.
•Stay abreast of emerging trends in information technology and helping shape the work for the Government.
•Tier 3 troubleshooting support when needed to operations and maintenance, as well as escalated support for maintenance, monitoring, upgrades, network performance reviews, problem determination and resolution, of the EUCOM unclassified and classified Voice and Video over IP (VVoIP), Voice over IP (VoIP) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) services.
•Configure devices in accordance with security policies, capacity and utilization monitoring.
•Provide trending and capacity planning services to analyze and plan for efficient utilization and management of the networked services. As necessary, troubleshoot and correct all detected or reported network faults or outages and complete after-action problem identification. Position supports enterprise VVoIP and VTC dial-plan management and account management functions.
•Must have a solid understanding of voice technologies and experience in administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager), voice gateways / Session Border Controllers, SIP, H.323, Cisco Expressway/ VCS, TMS, Prime Collaboration, Meeting Server, MCU and VoIP/Video endpoints.
•Work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of effort.
•Interface with both client managers and system users.
• BA/BS + 5 years or AA/AS + 7 years, or a major cert + 9 years or 13 years of recent specialized experience.
•Must have an active CCNA – Collaboration Certification.
•Must have a DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security +, etc.)
•Experience working with and supporting Cisco Routers and Switches in a complex enterprise environment.
•Experience with Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems and networking.
•Must have an active DoD Secret security clearance.
•ITIL v3 or v4 – Foundation.
