Leidos Public Health Division is seeking qualified Quality Assurance Analysts in Atlanta, GA, contingent upon contract award.
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining technical quality assurance and control systems. Duties may include defining and specifying the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of client and/or company products.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Conduct graphical user interface (GUI), functionality workflow, regression, integrated, and installation testing
- Knowledge of XML and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
- Familiarity with packaged software (e.g., SAP, Siebel, PeopleSoft, SharePoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) as well as software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Iterative, Waterfall, etc.)
- Participate in requirements reviews of new features to convert them to comprehensive test specifications.
Review user documentation and online help files for accuracy.
Participate in Bi-weekly Dev meetings and Weekly QA meetings.
Bachelor Degree; Computer Science, Management Information Systems or IT related field is a plus
2+ years’ experience in software analysis, preferably in healthcare, around data analysis and reporting
Familiarity MS Excel and MS Word and other Office products
Clear and concise verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
Self-starting positive attitude
Detailed oriented; strong analytical ability, flexibility and interpersonal skills
Capability to writing test cases, test plans and test strategy documents to capature all possible test scenarios and the ability to execute test cases
Experience performing GUI and manual functional testing.
Additional Desired Qualifications
Experience working in an Waterfall and/or Agile Scrum development environment
QA or Testing Certification
SmartBear QAComplete (Similar to HP Quality Center) test case and defect repository.
Requires ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
