The Leidos Intelligence Group has a career opportunity for an experienced Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) in Annapolis Junction, MD. The TAR will support a large, multi-year contract for the development, integration, deployment and sustainment of large, collection systems. The work that's being done on this Leidos-led, prime contract is extremely important to the government and offers its team members the opportunity to work autonomously and explore new technologies. The Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) will support analytic and reporting activities within our customer org. The selected candidate will support customer activities by using customer tools and databases to characterize and understand target networks, providing content for reports, and recommending decisions related to system operations. The TAR will work with teammates and other subject matter experts to develop a fuller understanding of the intent, objectives, and capabilities of selected communication networks.
Active TS/SCI with specific polygraph security clearance
Bachelors Degree or Military Experience in related field is required
A minimum of 8 years experience and in-depth demonstrated knowledge of target analysis and reporting.
Extensive reporting experience using specific customer tools
An ideal candidate will have experience analyzing and/or engineering modern communications systems using SDH/OTN/Ethernet technologies. They should have an understanding of both circuit and packet-switched networking protocols and concepts.
Within the last 5 years a minimum of 3 years experience in 2 of the specializations below:
Modern Telecommunications Systems/Networks
Telephony Switching Systems
Internet Communication protocols, specifically at Layers 1-3
Within the past 5 years a minimum of 3 years using customer specific databases and tools.
