Leidos has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, Software/SharePoint Developer located in Stuttgart, Germany.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US EUCOM.  EUCOM's Information Superiority and Knowledge Management (ISKM) division seeks to develop KM solutions using agile methodology embodying best UI/UX principles. The ISKM Software Developer works with the Scrum team to develop business process improvement software packages. They support and code client side and/or server-side applications in a development environment, test code for accuracy in pre-production, and ensure interoperability and completeness to achieve desired results within the production environment. Works with Scrum Master and technical writer to deliver necessary documentation and testing results.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Work with a Product Owner and testing teams to develop, test, and refine the applications to meet stakeholder requirements, integrating both .NET Controls and Web Service implementations as part of the overall Knowledge Management architecture.
•Work in a collaborative team environment to develop custom standalone applications and customizations for SharePoint 2016/2019.
•Build and support custom web-based applications outside SharePoint.
•Code experience in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core,  Angular, HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, Web Services, & Entity Framework.
•Isolate, diagnose, repair and resolve software problems.
•Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews.
•Participate in formal and informal peer reviews of code.
•Manage Content Matrix (Metalogic tool).
•Provide feedback for regular internal process improvement and best practice reviews.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
•BA/BS + 5 years recent specialized OR AA/AS + 7 years recent specialized OR a major cert + 9 years recent specialized OR 11 years of recent specialized experience.
•5-7 years' experience in a SharePoint Architecture and/or Applications Development role.
•IAT Level II certification(s) in accordance with DoD 8570.1 *Experience in troubleshooting and developing applications for SharePoint 2016 or 2019.
•Requires a firm understanding of technologies including but not limited to C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Angular, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), ASP.NET, XML, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, UI/Bootstrap, Web Services (REST/SOAP), SharePoint 2016/2019, and Internet Information Server (IIS), and standard software development version control/management systems (DevOps, Git, etc.)
•Prior experience working with standard software development lifecycle processes, including peer review, quality assurance testing, and security hardening.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
•Must have an active Secret security clearance and be able to obtain a TS/SCI.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•Knowledge and/or experience working within Combatant Commands or Military environments.
•Experience with complex systems/organizations, portals, enterprise search, enterprise content management, and business intelligence.
•Experience with developing responsive applications.
•Experience working in, or open to working in, an Agile (preferably SCRUM) development environment.
•Experience connecting to and consuming Exchange Web Services.
•Experience developing applications for SharePoint Online.
•Involvement with the MS SharePoint Community; active in forums or newsgroups.
