The Leidos Civil NISC IV contract is hiring a Business Process Analyst to develop and analyze strategic, program, deployment, and risk plans for the Federal Aviation Administration Designee Management System. The Business Process Analyst will support Flight Standards with the analysis of business and system requirements and assist the specific business unit to define requirements and business cases for testing standards. Significant coordination with business and technology teams will be required.
The Business Process Analyst will work with various stakeholders including FAA Subject Matter Experts and aviation industry leaders to gather and assess data, best practices and current policy to support FAA Airmen Testing. The Business Process Analyst will analyze the information and create the test questions used to assess Airmen readiness to operate with the National Airspace. Additionally, the Business Process Analyst is responsible for developing and establishing processes for the Designee Management Systems that will affect how Designees approve the next generation of pilots. The Business Process Analyst will also provide support to the Training Group Program Manager to develop and maintain updates for strategic planning, academic plans, risk plans, and priorities, support the Program Manager and Change Management Practitioner to prepare briefings and presentations, briefing papers, and plan updates.
A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Must be able to operate with a high level of autonomy and discretion
Must have experience and be very proficient using MS Office
