The National Solutions Group at Leidos has an opening for a Proposal Admin Coordinator in Aurora, Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your experience to support our customer’s mission in an exciting and dynamic environment.
- Provide administrative support to all proposal activities
- Arrange internal and external meetings and conferences
- Maintain attention to detail in a multi-project work environment
- Order and receive supplies
- Maintain electronic and paper file maintenance
- Review and edit proposal documentation
- Provide dedicated support to assigned managers
- Maintain processes and procedures for administrative functions
- Facilitate administrative outcomes with proposal teams
- Identify opportunities for improvement to proposal processes
- Plan, manage and execute administrative activities for proposal support
- Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience.
- United States’ citizen with current TS/SCI access with SSBI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and constructively as part of a team
- Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and written skills
- Ability to work in a team environment; interacting with a range of federal and contractor staff
- Experience with computer software, including the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance with a CI polygraph
- Experience in support of a staff at a large corporation or military command
- General knowledge of IT and government terminology
- Support to mission critical IT operations environments
