The Defense Group is seeking a Subcontract Invoicing Specialist to support its Enterprise & Cyber Solutions (E&CS) Operation. This role will support a contract (or contracts) with the set-up and ongoing management of subcontractors in Leidos’ subcontractor invoicing claims system. This individual will interact with the program(s) Subcontracts and Finance professionals to ensure appropriate set-up and tracking of subcontractor claims from Purchase Order through invoice submission and posting.
The Subcontract Invoicing Specialist is responsible for interacting with Subcontract and Finance Professionals and managing the subcontractor employees who will be charging on the subcontract, ensuring they are set-up appropriately in the invoicing system, and troubleshooting any issues related to set-up or the posting of invoices. This includes reviewing reports and taking any necessary corrective action (e.g., funding realignment in Costpoint).
- Requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or subcontract management.
- Must be US Citizen
- Must have basic financial understanding,
- Strong personal organizational skills with the ability to track a moderate to high volume of requests.
- Must be able to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with reasonable supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with and Deltek Costpoint.
