Job Description:
Leidos is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to participate in development, integration, and implementation of Microsoft Identity Management (MIM) and maintenance of Oracle Identity Management (OIM), and/or other Identity Management software equivalents.
Primary Responsibilities:
Customize Identity Management COTS products using Java.
Using SQL, Linux, Java, JSP/Javascript, XML, Oracle Fusion Middleware and/or Web Services to design/development/engineer new Identity Management capabilities/services.
Work with application and engineering teams to integrate and/or migrate enterprise applications with Identity Management systems.
Customize User Interface using Oracle (or Software Equivalent) Application Development Framework (ADF), WebLogic administration on Linux platform.
Support new customer requirements for the creation of new identity management policy, identity management workflows, and other COTS/GOTS software configurations.
Design system integration plans by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; and writing specifications and use cases.
Research analyze software (incl. not limited to application product suite, database, custom java) issues and develop workarounds.
Integrate Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) into a variety of other platforms - using out-of-the-box management connector agents (such as PeopleSoft) and in other cases custom development of management agents.
Basic Qualifications:
Must currently possess an active Top-Secret clearance.
Understanding Microsoft based identity solutions (Active Directory Domain Services and Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services, Azure Active Directory/Azure Active Directory Connect (AADC), Privileged Identity management, Microsoft based identity protection ….)
Deep understanding of PowerShell scripting.
Working experience with SQL Server 2016 or later.
Experience Oracle Identity management (OIM)
Experience with SQL, Linux, Windows Server, Java, JSP/Javascript, XML, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to develop new capabilities.
Experience with participating in full life cycle framework processes from conception to implementation/integration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
Candidate must have an active TS to be considered
Candidate must report to work every day
Desired Qualifications:
Microsoft Identity Manager training/certification with 2 - 5 years of solid hands-on experience in Identity management systems and services (Active Directory, identity management solutions).
Maintains an understanding of all current and emerging identity management technologies, open system standards, management technologies as they relate to the support infrastructure.
Develops, documents, and supports scripts required to deliver a variety of Identity synchronization solutions.
Education & Experience:
Requires Bachelors Degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
