More About the Role:
The NGEN-R SMIT NMCI Global Logistics team has an opening for Logistics Analyst to conduct in depth analyses of failure, usage, and trends data as well as routine sweeps of the Asset Management database to ascertain compliance with contract required data attributes/Service Level Requirements.

This position focuses on the collection and analysis of complex data sets and making recommendations for corrective actions or process improvements. The Analyst will work multiple issues or tasks simultaneously on short notice to provide fact-based recommendations for inclusion to briefings to internal and external stakeholders.

The Analyst will routinely interface with the Asset Management database to extract and analyze asset data attributes.  The Analyst will also be establishing a Failure Trends analysis process/database from review of Service Tickets to analyze data and identify high failure items.

What You'll Get to Do:
•Establish routine procedures for the extraction, analysis and reporting of Asset Management data attributes and Service Level Requirements compliance.
•Extract and analyze asset data for incorporation into data-based contract deliverables.
•Establish and maintain a means for the collection, analysis, and reporting of actual labor hours expended against estimated values: establish parametric data points for logistics to drive efficiencies.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
-Requires a B.A. Degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
-Experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
-Proficient in MS Excel: pivots and vLook-ups.
