Seeking a Sr. Requirements Officer to initially gather, refine, verify and validate user requests for telephony services. The Requirements Officers applies operational knowledge and technical support to the user through the requirements collection process and then liaison with the provisioning team to deliver requested services.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides functional analyses on user allocations and provides quality assurance of delivered services.
Develops technical process solutions and provides documentation within standard operational procedures (SOP) for telephony related services
Maintains customer account information in telephony services account management systems and analyzes account and telephony services metadata to generate monthly statistics and other ad hoc metrics.
Anticipate potential technical problems, identify risks, and plan for contingencies
Work multiple issues simultaneously while maintaining a professional composure
Clearly and accurately communicates with leading internal team members and customer
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.
