Leidos is seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst to support a customer within the Department of Defense (DOD) located in the Greater Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. In this role, you will be imbedded with the customer providing services consisting of but not limited to; providing analytical support to Force Protection missions worldwide to include identification of intelligence, criminal, and terrorist threats to key customer personnel, equipment, and missions deployed in support of foreign and domestic visits. As a key position, you will be taking structured and unstructured data and distilling the information into a cohesive analytical product for the customer. You will execute your tasks from sanctuary through the integration of data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and HUMINT to illuminate entities and networks of interest, supporting this vital customers mission set.
Plan, develop, and deliver tailored intelligence capabilities and tools to support intelligence consumers and partners to enhance the organization’s ability to effectively mitigate a multitude of threats worldwide.
Provide specific mission tailored analysis of finished intelligence products utilizing classified and unclassified reporting, research specific and unique finished intelligence (of all threat information) in support of Customer missions and operations.
Develop, produce, and present customer specific intelligence briefs to Senior staff (SES), Military officers (O-5 and above), and high-ranking officials from a broad range of Government entities.
Ability to coordinate with DOD and other U.S. Governmental Intelligence agencies and departments. through telephonic and personal visits.
Conducts himself/herself in a professional manner and a high sense of integrity, working in a stressful and fast-paced environment.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of the customer’s mission.
Must have a Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (Adjudicated within the last 3 years).
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field with 5 or more years of experience conducting analysis of foreign intelligence organizations and/or international terrorist groups to include predictive analysis. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Be a graduate of a DoD Intelligence Analyst course or another U.S. Intelligence Agency’s analytical training program.
DOD Intelligence and Security Professional Certification (CDASA-1).
Experience-producing, handling, storing, transmitting, and transporting classified materials, up to and including Top Secret, SAP, and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
Extensive knowledge and experience supporting Special Access Programs (SAP).
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter, as well as a solid group contributor working in a fast-paced environment.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite tools.
