Leidos has an opening for a IT Helpdesk Technician to work at contractor location in Lakewood, CO. The Helpdesk Technician will support the Digital Innovation for Government Services Administration (GSA) Infrastructure Technologies (DIGIT) program. Leidos is a subcontractor on this program to the prime, NCI.

Provide technical assistance to computer users
Answer questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or electronically
Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems
Experience in a technical-driven enterprise environment.
Experience in an Agile development environment.
Experienced with a large enterprise project.
Working knowledge of ITIL 4
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
High School diploma and at least 2 years relevant experience.
Agile Scrum certification.
Experience in a DevOps environment.
This role is covered by the Service Contract Act. The wage determined rate for this position is $21.92 in Lakewood, CO area.
