Leidos is looking for a Systems Analyst for a position in the Reston, VA area. This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph in order to be considered.
The primary focus of this effort is to ensure the data provided by the attribute services is well governed, documented and protected. Data quality and governance is critical to the support of Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC). Support encompasses a wide array of skill areas including: Governance, Implementation, Compliance, and Integration. We are in need for deep, broad technical knowledge and experience. This activity requires strong relationships and integration internally and with partners, including other service providers.
Supporting this effort will include initiatives such as the converging technical solutions, transition strategies for existing customers, and support for the evolution of operating capabilities. This work requires significant interaction across groups and other Service Providers to understand requirements, assess enterprise capabilities, and ensure services are compliant with governance.
Requires BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and specifications and translate them into deliverable capabilities.
Demonstrated experience in project management with enterprise level projects.
Demonstrated experience in systems integration with enterprise level systems.
Demonstrated experience in architecture planning at the enterprise level.
Demonstrated experience participating in multiple forums to address strategy, architecture, policy, roadmaps, key processes, dependencies, interoperability, technology, and governance.
Demonstrated experience evaluating and recommending new technologies and supporting software for architectural enhancements of existing enterprise services.
Demonstrated experience developing, drafting and presenting program documentation such as TEM materials, Concept of Operations or Implementation Plans to various audiences.
Demonstrated experience working with software developers to determine technical direction or solutions.
Demonstrated experience capturing product requirements and translating requirements into system solutions that recognize technical, schedule, cost, security, and policy constraints.
Demonstrated experience with the implementation of authorization solutions using commercial access control systems.
Demonstrated experience with the Agile methodology such as sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, work backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, or story clarifications.
Demonstrated experience/understanding of the project management processes.
Demonstrated experience developing or supporting applications in a virtualized environment.
Demonstrated experience with risk management to include identifying risks, citing risks, ranking risks, and risk mitigation approaches.
Demonstrated experience with information sharing objectives.
Demonstrated experience with data strategy core elements and principles.
