Leidos is hiring an IDIQ Program Manager (PgM) in Dayton, Ohio. An active TS/SCI is required to be considered for this role.
The position requires a high amount of experience with DoD IDIQ contracts. The Program Manager is Leidos' authorized interface with the Sponsor's Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR), Sponsor management personnel and Sponsor end-user representatives. The PgM helps determine both technical and business goals and makes detailed plans for the accomplishment of these goals.
The PgM is responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, developing and executing project schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising personnel and communicating policies, procedures, and goals to team members. The PgM is responsible for the overall contract, to include personnel and technical management of all tasks, and will ensure that the full range of corporate resources is available to perform the required tasks. The PgM provides management oversight of all program personnel, both Leidos and subcontractors, ensuring the highest quality of task completion and deliverables in accordance with the contract. The PgM is responsible for the delivery of services to the customers within SLA agreements (if required).
The PgM will perform day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations. The PgM performs horizontal integration planning, and interfaces frequently with other functional areas such as subcontracts, project control, and personnel security.
Additionally, the candidate ensures program deliverables and schedules are implemented in a timely manner; provides supervision, training, and direction to staff; and serves as the single point of contact for all customer issues or concerns. The PgM is accountable for meeting contractual performance criteria and due dates during service delivery, and successful overall project completion. The PgM is also responsible for developing, coordinating, preparing responses to RFPs and continued growth of the program,
*Active TS/SCI clearance
*BA/BS and 10+ years’ experience managing complex engineering or technical efforts involving multiple facets of engineering disciplines
*Experience managing task orders/contracts/IDIQ's
*Expertise in management and control of funds/resources using complex reporting mechanisms
*Demonstrated capability managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity
*Exceptional written and oral communication skills
*Experience writing technical and business proposals responsive to RFPs
*MS, MA, MBA or DOD Service College
*Military Service (USAF or other Service in Joint Role)
*Demonstrated experience building relationships within U.S. Government Communities of Interest (Commands, Agencies, GS, Military, Contractor)
