The work includes trade studies, system engineering, model based system engineering, portfolio analysis, software development demonstration and product testing and deployment to Cheyenne Mountain. Leidos is focused on finding the best people, processes, and tools that will provide solutions in data integration and fusion, data analytics, data mining, predictive analytics, data visualization, and decision support tools.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide direction and develop planned architectures to support software deployment and integration into the baseline environment

• Provide red line changes to existing documentation that require changes to support deployment of software packages

• Segregate classified requirements in a classified appendix on classified media and use unclassified placeholders or scrubbed text in the main unclassified document or database

• Update and deliver the Enterprise Network Design Document (END2) for the CCIC2S system and provide notification to the Government of the same, as required

• Work with the drafter to deliver updated Engineering Drawings to the Government and Sustainment Activities Provider in support of architectural changes

• Coordinate with all stakeholders proposed architectural change to determine any single point of failure, bandwidth, or known problems with infrastructure that could hamper the implementation of proposed changes

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with eight (8) years of experience; additional years of directly applicable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

• Currently possess an Top Secret with ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance

• Experience with missile warning and missile warning defense

• Experience using the Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) database

• Extensive experience developing and executing training in technical related fields

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in associated field

• Excellent project, technical, interpersonal, presentation and problem management skills

• Ability to communicate orally, and in writing, detailed technical information on troubleshooting and implementation efforts

• Past experience in Command and Control Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC), Global Data Integration (GDI), or other key missile defense programs or areas
