We are in search of a Program Manager to join our team located in Colorado Springs, CO. As a member of this team, you will be utilizing your experience to lead a Leidos team for the Shared Early Warning System (SEWS) Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) program. This work is in support of the SEWS mission responsibilities of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Theater Combatant Commands (CCMDs) and CCMD-sponsored Foreign Military Sales (FMS) partners.

Responsibilities Include:
Our Leidos SEWS 3 Program Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific short-term and long-term program goals and objectives.
Duties also include ensuring that all programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints and is responsible for a team of task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.
Specifically, the SEWS 3 Program Manager will be responsible for organizing, leading, directing, and managing the Operations, Maintenance, and Sustainment (OM&S) of the SEWS in support mission responsibilities of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Theater Combatant Commands (CCMDs) and CCMD-sponsored Foreign Military Sales (FMS) partners with program-wide responsibility of daily focus on program support operations, including: contract, subcontract, finance, security, staffing and procurement support.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or related discipline and 10 or more years of prior relevant experience; or a Masters of Science degree with 7 or more years or prior relevant experience.
7 or more years of experience supervising or leading technical teams or projects.
Experience leading a diverse team of experienced professionals across numerous CONUS and OCONUS location to include transitioning a program from an incumbent contractor.
Working with DoD customers to establish project baselines, project priorities, schedules and budgets and leading the team to execute to those plans.
Strong communications skills to include written and oral presentations to workforce and senior leaders.
Managing large $50+M budgets including multiple discrete project budgets.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
Shared Early Warning System (SEWS) experience
Experience with Air Force/AFLCMC/HBQ
Experience leading technical DoD projects/programs
Clearance Required:
Active Secret Clearance.

Pay Range:
