Leidos is looking for a Project Integrator for a position in the Chantilly, VA area. This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph in order to be considered.
The Project Integrator will assist in providing operations situational awareness through continuous improvement of business and engineering processes and associated corporate reporting. They will also correlate and analyze technical data to understand performance and identify improvement opportunities. The Project Integrator will provide both process and technical recommendations to address opportunities and facilitate the implementation and integrate graphics and information generated from meetings and facilitation sessions, using automated tools, and research methods into final deliverable documents. Additionally the candidate will coordinate, support and participate in program meetings, reviews and governance boards; and gather, analyze and compose technical information, Support the development of all types of documents.
Requires BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience coordinating with stakeholders to complete Request Management Processes.
Demonstrated experience with Request Management and Requirements Management processes.
Demonstrated experience developing enterprise operational business rules such as policies and procedures.
Demonstrated experience tracking, documenting, and presenting request management information to management.
Demonstrated experience providing quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to sponsor operational standards.
Demonstrated experience developing, analyzing, and reporting programmatic and performance metrics.
Demonstrated experience briefing status and situational awareness to senior leaders.
