Command & Control
The Civil Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Transition Scheduler. This is an exciting opportunity to use your scheduling experience to successfully transition a large DOE program in the Oak Ridge, TN area. This is a 90-day Position, with option for full time.
- Work with IPT’s to Schedule/EV Analyst for transition schedule for large, complex DOE EVMS programs with numerous dependencies to track
- Develop resource loaded and level project schedules using the performance work statement (PWS), technical proposal, WBS, and oral directions from senior project managers and technical leads.
- Ensure internal and external dependencies are documented and tracked for risk management
- Collaborate with IPT’s project control and finance analysts to produce revenue forecasts
- Experience with DOE EVMS baseline change control processes and IPMR reporting and EIA-748 compliance
- Experience with monthly schedule status processes
- Experience with Schedule Critical Path Method (CPM)
- Working knowledge of Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA)
- Must be capable of working proficiently within a team and collaborate with senior managers to facilitate schedule development and tracking to completion using P6 and/or Microsoft project tools.
- Must be able to conduct and present briefing materials to senior managers and Government stakeholders
Must have MS Project experience and able to leverage the full capability of the tool
Requires a BA degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 years of prior relevant experience. 12 years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
