Leidos is looking for a Project Integrator for a position in the Chantilly, VA area. This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph in order to be considered.
This is a fast-paced mission-supporting, analytical environment, which manages requirements and introduces cutting-edge technologies. Candidates must be professional, self-starting, extremely organized, quick learners, capable of bringing a creative and innovative approach, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment. The Project Integrator will support Agile projects, work closely with the IT partners and Subject Matter Experts to transform user needs and processes into requirements for system development, and play a key role in helping the office and IT partners further refine or adjust the Lean-Agile partnership as necessary to facilitate effective and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for change management and able to help the team adopt new technologies. Key skills: requirements management, Agile, Jira, program documentation.
Requires BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
Demonstrated experience with requirements management.
Demonstrated experience using JIRA project management software.
Demonstrated experience in an Agile environment and consulting in a multi-project environment.
Demonstrated experience in creating, drafting, and reviewing program documentation.
Demonstrated experience with supporting flagship level user application development.
Demonstrated experience working effectively in a dynamic team environment and with technical and non-technical officers.
Demonstrated experience coordinating and offering suggestions for concept development, systems specifications, technical exchange, requirements generation, metrics and deployment decisions.
Demonstrated experience with problem resolution to include organizing and structuring solutions to complex problems. This includes the ability to plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and produce schedules.
Demonstrated recent, experience coordinating and collaborating with users and IT professionals to gather requirements and define technology needs.
Demonstrated strong coordination and collaboration skills with ability to work successfully across organizational boundaries.
Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, Excel macros, and VBA scripting.
Demonstrated experience working in an analytic area.
Demonstrated experience deploying software into cloud computing environments, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
