The QRC Airborne ISR Systems Division of the Airborne Solutions Group of Leidos currently has an opening for a Reset Material Coordinator supporting the PSS-T program. Leidos is the Product Support Management and Logistics Lead for an unmanned aerial intelligence platform located in various CONUS and OCONUS operational areas and depots. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Persistent Surveillance Systems – Tethered (PSS-T) program.

Primary Responsibilities

The Reset Material Coordinator for the PSS-T Program is responsible for providing logistics and material movement support to Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD), Corporate Property Management policies, and customer requirements documented contractually and as requested by the customer. The Reset Material Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and tracking movements of government furnished property (GFP).

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for customer compliance of process in preparing, tracking, and scheduling material inbound/outbound between TYAD and vendors or other PSS-T work locations to ensure accurate data records. This includes procurement records, equipment movement, quality and inventory data for both System Level Reset (SLR) and ongoing maintenance.

  • Responsible for tracking and resolving Repair Data (RD) inventory discrepancies with physical inventory in TYAD storage locations and holding areas to ensure compliance with property management standards.

  • Responsible for tracking and maintaining valid calibration certificates for all SLR test equipment facilitated as government furnished property to Tobyhanna Army Depot.

  • Responsible for cyclic or spot inventory checks on site at Tobyhanna Army Depot or Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in accordance with PD Aerostats or prime contractor directive.

  • Ensure inventory records in property management database match physical pack out upon system completion prior to exiting Tobyhanna Army Depot.

  • Act as the on-site point of contact for load/unload of planned TL shipments.

  • Assist with capacity planning of on-site container holding lot.

  • Examines engineering drawings to identify part numbers or subcomponents of next higher assembly or kit for purchasing or stock determination.

  • Familiar with TYAD material movement and intranet request process.

  • Assist with routing requisitions to appropriate subject matter expert for efficient resolution.

  • Assist with building tracking tools and spreadsheets for weekly review with program stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of prior relevant experience.

  • Property Management database proficiency

  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

  • Must be a US Citizen.
