Job Description:

Leidos is seeking an experienced Cyber Program Manager to function as the Deputy Program Manager for a large DHS Cyber IDIQ.   The Program Manager will support the PM with setting the direction and overseeing cyber support services over an existing and growing number of task orders.  Task order functional areas include cyber operations, Information Assurance, Cyber PMO, and training. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES in this role include:

  • Lead Program Management processes and rhythm across Task Orders to include supporting monthly Program Management reviews, lead staffing calls, and providing weekly reporting

  • Act as subcontract PM and facilitate staffing process

  • Leading and/or supporting new Task Order development including marketing our services and responding to request for quotes

  • Acting as PM or interim PM on assigned task orders

  • Support new task order transitions

  • Provide temporary surge support to TOs to address urgent requirements

  • Interface with DHS and Leidos executives frequently. 

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced PM with cyber security experience.  

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Cyber security with 8 years of prior relevant experience in system engineering/program management experience with 4 years of direct project and program management experience in the delivery of information systems or computer network support services.

  • PMP certification required

  • Security certification required

  • Excellent communication skills and committed to customer success and satisfaction is a MUST.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with DHS and/or DHS Components

  • Masters of Science in Engineering or related field

  • Experience leading a program toward CSSP or CSP certification is highly desired.

  • Experience leading Cyber/IT/Infrastructure transformation initiative is highly desired

CLEARANCE:

Desire an existing and active SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

LOCATION:

This position is 100% remote for a DC Metro based employee. The location will change to onsite in the future, as determined by management. There will be occasional requirements for in-office meetings.
