The Government Health and Safety Solutions Operation is seeking a Program Support Analyst in Rockville, MD to support a Federal Healthcare Customer.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Serves as the primary liaison on a day-to-day basis between the FDA customer and the Leidos team. In this role, receives customer communication via email, phone, or other media and determines which member of the team is the appropriate individual to act on the communication and triages communication accordingly. This includes making judgments about when issues need to be escalated to the project leads.
Coordinates project activities on the team, and proactively monitors compliance with deliverables schedule; reports regularly (at least weekly, more frequently if needed) to the Project Manager on status of scheduled activities including action items, staffing, and deliverables.
Acts as primary point of contact for all staffing and equipment needs, the GFE inventory report, the security paperwork and badging, required training, etc.
Required Education and Experience
BS degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience in the FDA environment
Will require Occasional travel to customer site in White Oak or Rockville
