Leidos is looking for a Program Manager to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Research and Development Directorate (J9), Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE), inTransition program.
The DHA PHCoE inTransition program is a critical program to provide a Transition Support Contact Call Center Program (operationalized by the name “inTransition”) to transitioning service members or veterans who are currently receiving psychological health care (i.e, mental health care or behavioral health care) and wish to receive care at their new destination or with a new provider in their same location, or wish to initiate psychological health care for the first time. This program will establish and maintain a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7) toll-free contact call support center that operates 365 days per year. Additionally, the inTransiton Call Center will be staffed by professionals who are trained and licensed to provide mental health care to bridge the transitional knowledge gap between identification and receipt of psychological health care services for a broad range of users, including Active Duty Service Members, Reserve Component, National Guard, Coast Guard, and Veterans and their family members.
The Program Manager (PM) manages daily operations of the PHCoE inTransition Program and Psychological Health Resource Center (PHRC) and maintains oversight of, and responsibility for, hiring the onsite team at DHA/PHCoE. The PM will be responsible for building/maintaining the day-to-day relationships with the Contracting Officer (CO), COR, and other leadership and staff. The PM is the single point of contact on behalf of Leidos for USAMRAA, and is responsible for contractual discussions with PHCoE and/or USAMRAA. Other duties and responsibilities include:
Managing the program budget and reporting status to the COR informed.
Serving as the liaison between Leidos and PHCoE for all tasks of the SOW.
Assisting the COR and other PHCoE/DHA staff with program evaluations and tasks for senior leadership, Congress, OSD, Executive office and VHA.
Responsible for all contract modifications work between government and USAMRAA.
Establishing/monitoring/revising all policies and procedures
Supervising all operations including program management and outreach, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting
Identifying areas for improvement
Coordinating with government personnel regarding all matters
Serving as the primary POC for the contract to the government.
Masters in Social Work plus 15 years of experience as a health and wellness assessment professional, including over 15 years of managerial experience in the civilian, military, and nonprofit domains.
Proficiencies in operational management, patient and provider services, patient-facing engagement, financial administration, and personnel training and working in the area of military mental health.
Expertise overseeing small and large teams ranging from five to 100 personnel and experience.
