The Defense Group of Leidos has an opportunity for a Project Manager position at the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) Defense Production Act (DPA) Title III Program Office. The candidate will be responsible for planning, initiating, and monitoring a portfolio of projects within the OSD DPA Title III Program Office. Ideal candidate will have a BS and 15 years of relevant experience, be detail oriented and have a proven track record of independently managing complex projects. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Guide Government Stakeholders through the project application process, coordinate with Stakeholders to gather feedback, and consolidate comments to provide actionable recommendations for DPA Title III leadership

  • Draft requisite project initiation documents to include Interagency Agreements, Memoranda of Agreement/Understanding, Program Management Directives, and Purchase Requests

  • Collaborate with Industrial Policy Assessments, various DoD working groups, and other Government stakeholders to define and prioritize lines of effort for the DPA Title III Program’s portfolio

  • Monitor active efforts to ensure alignment of contractor performance to contract Key Performance Parameters

  • Perform risk qualitative and quantitative assessment activities and develop mitigation strategies for potential and ongoing issues

  • Provide subject matter expertise on multiple lines of effort at DPA

Basic Qualifications

  • Requires a minimum of BA/BS and 15 years’ experience managing complex projects

  • Knowledge and experience of DPA Title III programs, policies, and operational processes

  • US citizenship required.
