The Government Health and Safety Solutions Operations has a need for a Change Board Facilitator to support a large healthcare contract in Baltimore.
This position will collaborate with the CMS IHCCS Deployment/Configuration Management team to facilitate all the change boards for the program to include the Change Control Board (CCB). This role is responsible for producing meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and updating of all change records according to board discussions/decisions. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all board processes, and continuous pursuit of excellence through identification of process improvements of all change management groups and boards. This role will work directly with the board chairs and the Change Management Manager to ensure delivery timelines are met or exceeded, identification of risk reduction areas, and focus on ensuring repeatable processes with up to date documentation. This role will coordinate with the government’s board facilitators to ensure smooth transitions between the contractor and government boards when necessary.
This hands-on role requires attention to detail, with exceptional organization skills and ability to pivot between highly visible customer priorities: a master of flexibility for changing priorities and shifting deadlines.
This role is highly visible for the hardware/software change management processes, and facilitates collaboration across the program and interfacing organizations. This role provides opportunity to analyze cross-team requirements, workflows and tools, socialize trade-offs and build consensus, which help identify change management improvements for consideration and implementation.
Your subject matter expertise in Change Management for improvement ideas, suggestions and concerns are encouraged.
· Responsible to guide tool and process changes into operational environments, across operational organizations Work to understand and use program and customer CM tools
· Responsible to maintain tool documentation, help with CONOPS, and change management processes.
· Responsible to help teams assess software CM controls and drive needed actions to improve posture and consistency.
· Responsible to communicate effectively to drive problems to closure, engaging needed stakeholders to reach solutions.
· Exceptional communication; oral and written, internal and external at all levels.
· Attention to detail.
· Experience using Change Management tools like Remedy, ServiceNow and JIRA.
· Strong communicator who shares information across stakeholders, including customer, program management and SMEs.
· Engineering understanding to be able to decipher meeting content to communicate effectively with meeting attendees and stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
· Requires Bachelors Degree and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
