Job Description:

Leidos is looking for a Process Lead to support a large opportunity for Leidos supporting operations for Integrated Information & Cyber Security Services including Enterprise Operations, End User Support, Software Engineering, Cloud technologies and Cyber Security.  The services partner will manage the environment and assist the government in providing oversight of the Service Providers (SPs) for the benefit of the DoE NNSA. The process lead will provide independent end-to-end accountability through coordination and validation of IT services delivered by separately contracted SPs.  The process lead will also deliver Service Desk and Enterprise IT services to DoE NNSA.

The IT infrastructure and operations framework will support a global data communications network, and enterprise services infrastructure, including data center(s), server hosting, and end-user platform capabilities enabling more than x personnel to support the DoE NNS.

Responsibilities include the following:
•    Coordinate and standardize all ITIL IV problem management activities ensuring root cause and prevention is identified.
•    Proactively detect and prevent future problems/incidents and initiate the Problem Management process to allow quicker diagnosis and resolution.
•    Prepare statistics, KPI and trend reports for use in the problem management process. Identify problems through the review and focus on optimizing processes.
•    Determine, track, and provide metrics concerning issues, problems, and work orders.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine operating processes and procedures to deliver and restore service more efficiently.
•    Ensure new and recurring incident resolution is addressed with urgency.
•    Manage and maintain information stored in the problem database.
•    Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of product delivery and operations.
•    Assist with design and management of an integrated Problem Management process across the Integrated Service Providers to reduce the recurrence of Incidents.
•    Manage the life cycle of all Problems using the Government furnished SMS tools (ServiceNow).
Assist with reducing the likelihood and impact of Incidents by identifying actual and potential causes of incidents and managing workarounds and known errors.
•    Leading the development of innovative solutions.
•    Work with both Government leadership and external providers to research, analyze, and implement enterprise-wide network security solutions/capabilities/enhancements to support DoE NNSA’s mission, goals and objectives. 
•    Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
•    Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
•    Has domain and expert technical knowledge.
•    Serves as an advisor to senior leadership regarding the technological aspects of the organization.
•    Provides technical expertise to assist senior leadership in shaping and achieving the organization’s strategic vision, operational and tactical goals.
•    Create, maintain and enhance Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals, and Active Directory Profile synchronization. 
•    Work in dynamic fast-paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts including remote site support and/or travel to customer servers and sites as required.

Basic qualifications
•    Active TOP SECRET clearance and/or U.S. Department of Energy Q clearance
•    Four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
•    Experience with the implementation and operation of ITSM processes aligned with ITIL IV framework (additional specific experience may be accepted in lieu of degree).
•    Understanding of key ITSM processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Continual Service Improvement.
•    Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•    Must be able to work independently to develop innovative approaches and optimizations.
•    Create a culture which drives continuously improved service delivery.
•    Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.

•    Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with customer representatives, domain experts, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
SIAM knowledge 
Experience in the evaluation and integration of new technologies into existing environments.
Demonstrated background troubleshooting complex IT issue.
Experience with ServiceNow or like ITSM Framework processes.
Certifications:
-Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 4 Foundation (or higher) certification
