Leidos has an exciting opportunity for an Interactive Multi-media Instruction (IMI) Courseware Developer at Goodfellow AFB, in San Angelo, TX. Candidates must already possess a current TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered.
The IMI Courseware Developer will provide technical training product design, development, integration, and delivery support, and will develop, maintain, and revise 17 Training Group IMI at Goodfellow AFB in accordance with applicable AFIs, AETCIs, and local supplements. The IMI Courseware Developer will produce IMI that effectively delivers instruction at the level commensurate with established Course Training Standard (CTS) and/or Specialty Training Standard (STS) task performance, task knowledge, and subject knowledge levels. The IMI Courseware Developer will provide 1) new course development, 2) update support, and 3) course maintenance support to 17 Training Wing, and will develop and deliver levels 2, 3, and 4 IMI.
The IMI Courseware Developer will be responsible for overall development and production of IMI products based upon the instructional design. The IMI Courseware Developer will coordinate the creation/ identification of static and animated graphics, performance exercises, simulations, and interactive sequences to ensure the overall educational soundness of the program. The IMI Courseware Developer will program lessons with courseware development/authoring tool, and will find, create, and integrate images, sound, and movies into courseware without violating copyright laws. The IMI Courseware Develop will use JSON, XML, and HTML to integrate assets into the instructional design.
- TS/SCI security clearance on day 1
- 4+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts (video Game emphasis) or relevant software development certifications
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
