Leidos is looking for a highly-motivated, first-class Data Specialist I to join us in supporting the Litigation Support Section of the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. The location is 450 5th Street NW, Washington, DC.

Primary Responsibilities include:
Reviews and modifies load files as needed and identifies any data format issues that exist which do not meet the ATR Standard Production Specifications guidelines
Works with data load files; creates and modifies files for loading into litigation support databases
Outlines any inconsistencies found in load files and documents for Case Manager review
Accurately updates tracking database to reflect load count numbers, load completion date, etc.
If needed, performs staging of productions to include virus scanning and copying data to the appropriate network location
Processing files from native formats to TIF image format
Identifies JEFS production for download and assists with preparing files for loading
Performs Relativity data loads and media copying
Performs quality control checks following the Data Loads Quality Control Procedures/Checklist
Must be able to multi-task
Working knowledge and experience with computers and their components
Requires some experience with the applications actually being supported.
Understanding of relational databases
Familiarity with the manipulation of data using text editors
Able to work extra hours as needed, often without much notice
Ability to work independently in a team environment
Comfortable working in a fast paced, often stressful environment
Flexible with schedule and able to work extra hours when requested
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance
Must be a U.S. citizen
Relativity experience desired
Previous Government IT experience preferred
Experience working in an automated litigation support environment helpful
Undergraduate degree preferred; preferably in the computer science or information management/technology fields.
Knowledge of file manipulation applications and experience with LAW, IPRO, ICONECT, and Relativity, is extremely helpful.
Knowledge of Government’s IT environment, including office automation networks, PC and server based applications very helpful.
Technical certification valued.
Current or active clearance preferred.
