Leidos is seeking an experienced technical PM to lead the integration of technically differentiated software & product capabilities for the National Security Operation (NSO) under the Intelligence group will manage our dynamic product & software baselines that are considered to be “essential” to the operation of business growth & On Contract Growth (OCG). The candidate will support the delivery systems to manage complexity in Intelligence of geospatial processing, and multi-intelligence processing, exploitation, and dissemination.
The candidate will support the disciplined processes, common tools, reusable frameworks, automation, collaboration, and domain expertise, our mission software systems are designed to deliver secure, mission quality software at Silicon Valley speed.
This position requires someone who is proactive and passionate about ensuring the quality of AI/ML, software deliverables and continuous improvement, as well as, and can communicate with the development teams what is required to achieve this effectively on tasks.
Primary responsibilities will include interfacing between Line/CTO/Business Development, driving strategy across the Operations focused on Mission SW and AaaS capability. Candidate will be deeply involved in proposals and IRAD capabilities embedded within OCG and captures.
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
• BA and 15 plus years of relevant experience or MS with 13 plus years of relevant experience
• Experience with AI/ML framework and capabilities
• Experienced with Agile framework and ability to apply best practices using industry standards throughout all software developed
• Knowledge of web application security vulnerabilities and how to address them
• Able to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-pace environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
- M.S. Degree in engineering, engineering management, or related field from an accredited college/university
- Experience working in a Research and Development environment
- Experience across IC customers and missions (e.g. NRO, CIA, ODNI, NGA, DIA)
TS/SCI clearance is required for consideration.
