The Defense Group of Leidos has an opening for an All Source/Digital Intelligence Systems (DIS) Task Lead/Course Manager at Ft Bragg, NC.
This is an excellent opportunity to use your experience helping the G37 TREX Program. This mission supports INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), as it executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.
-Accountable for all aspects of the All-Source/DIS Task Oversight functions assigned to Contractor
personnel staff; manages the hands on, accountability of DIS and All-Source Instructors
-Assists PM in assessing new hires and ensures Contractor personnel are trained, are capable, and maintain their job currency
-Track and report training schedule for All- Source training events and provide monthly status reports
outlining events, outcomes, and Contractor support
-Works directly with Functional Lead to assess current and future course material, coordinate and certify cadre personnel to ensure proper training and qualifications, and manage daily functions of the All-Source task order
-Effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates
-Manage 5 direct reports
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 8 to 12 years experience, or equivalent experience/combined education. Master's with 6 to 10 years' experience. Also acceptable 12-14 years of experience as an Army MOS 35F, All-Source Warrant Officer, or other service equivalent with 5 years DCGS-A or DIS experience
-Graduate of Army instructor Course or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc.)
-Demonstrated proficiency in all DCGS-A / DIS applications, including Analyst Notebook, ArcGIS, M3, Query Tree, and Google Earth
-Experience in managing small projects and geographically separated employees
-Microsoft Office and Computer proficiency
- 1-2 years management or NCOIC experience
