Leidos is seeking a Task Supervisor to join our Washington, D.C. team. This first line supervisor reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for carrying out a variety of operational and technical assignments in support of the Case Initiation and Customer Response Center teams.
Supervises and directs Document Management Analysts I and other clerical/administrative staff Assist in the receipt and evaluation of new complaints
Evaluation, triage, and prioritization incoming cases, ascertain and assess initial
Ensures all intake specialists follows OCR Case Resolution Manual (CRM) and other policies to complete case intake actions adhering to civil rights and privacy statutes and policies
Assists by processing Civil Rights and Privacy complaints by responding to correspondence and phone calls
Provides initial and continuous training on the use of the Program Information Management System (PIMS)
Performs quality checks on incoming and finalized cases.
Perform other tasks in support of OCR’s complaint resolution process
Assures case compliance in response to Congressional Inquiries submitted to HHS
Manages the activities and supervises staff in the Customer Response Center Team (CRC)
Supervise call handling including directing callers to the appropriate medium to file a complaint with OCR
Respond to questions from complainants regarding open/closed CCMO cases and refers callers to external resources
Establish efficient workflow processes, monitor daily productivity
Troubleshoots task issues; performs quality control spot-checking as necessary to ensure that work is of high quality and meets contract requirements
Conducts onboarding and on-going training for CIT and CRC staff on HHS OCR subject matter
Bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years’ related work experience
Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Suite
Strong knowledge of office and network environments
Strong familiarity with data processing environments, database technology and imaging technology
High attention to detail.
