The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Website System Administrator working in the Air Force Cryptologic Office’s Force Management Division (AFCO-CF). This position is located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, TX and is part of a larger program supporting the Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.
The roles and responsibilities of the Website System Administrator are comprised of website lifecycle management, data cloud storage, and overall system management. Tasks in this work center include administration and operation of software to support eLearning websites, data exchanges, content publication, website usage, and overall cloud storage requirements. Our currently maintained websites require system administration support to remain compliant with the currently approved Authority to Operate (ATO).
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
CompTIA Security+ Certification
5+ years of related experience.
Experience with cloud-based applications (Amazon Web Services) or ability to learn.
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification (or with the expectation of obtaining within 7 months of hire).
AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate (or with the expectation of obtaining within 13 months of hire).
5+ years of relevant experience with Website Management preferably Blackboard SaaS/GeniusSIS (**If candidate meets all BQs and otherwise qualified, Blackboard/Genius OJT will be provided)
Ability to network with external customers and problem solve
Ability to work independently
