Leidos is seeking to hire a IT Support Specialist Sr.to provide support to the Department of Transportation's Enterprise IT Infrastructure environment. Our work will assist with the management of IT services for the Chief Information Officer (CIO) including: Service Desk, Incident Management, Customer Service Operations, Database Administration, Telephone & Conference Call Services, Desktop Support, Mobile Device Support, and Remote Access Support. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing IT Hardware and Software Deployment, Troubleshooting, and Problem Resolution support to end users.
Performs day-to-day activities required to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to end users, to include, move/add/change of end user equipment

General troubleshooting and problem resolution
Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of prior relevant experience.
Must have 7 years of providing IT Hardware and Software Deployment, Troubleshooting, and Problem Resolution support to end users.
Must have 2 years of related experience managing data networks, performing basic network management skills and knowledge.
Must be able to work independently and able to resolve issues.
Must be able to communicate in a professional and timely manner with Customers.
Must be able to obtain public trust.
