As Project Analyst / Technical Writer Knowledge Management, you will support a program that provides sustainment, maintenance, Problem, and Change management services to help ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of the Department of Defense IP networks. You will be responsible for documentation and deliverables for operations and maintenance of the network enterprise infrastructure supporting the NORAD Northern Command mission.

What will you do in this role?
Demonstrate a high level of self- motivation and drive to seek solutions to track and ensure quality on contract deliverables to ensure on time delivery and final acceptance from the Government.
Oversee, monitor, issues work assignments to SMEs and functional leads.
Author, review, edit for quality; track progress, compile input from the entire team.
Ensure compliance with Government output specs, obtain approvals, and deliver on all of the major contract deliverable due 30/60/90/120 days after contract start and annually after the initial.
Oversee, monitor, issue work assignments; review, edit, track progress, ensure quality and compliance, obtain approvals, and deliver on all of the major contract deliverable monthly reports, project deliverables, weekly status updates and monthly PMR slides across the organization
Manage the CRM process of Government feedback on all deliverable documents and reports.
Work with SMEs and functional leads/groups to answer questions, ensure quality and compliance, make suggested revisions and adjudicate Government comments to finalize the documents within the timeframe for this process.
Designing and developing content, managing site permissions and access, and planning for future utilization of site storage and organization within the Responsible for SharePoint/Vector Leidos internal site management.
Responsible for the Government owned N2NOMS SharePoint site management, including developing content, managing site permissions and access, and planning for future utilization of site storage and organization.
Facilitate production, review, and dissemination of process documentation, including TTPs, SCRs, process models, internal process improvement efforts, develop standards and policies for the use of SharePoint/Vector, and improve current Knowledge Management practices for all technical and support staff.
Create, deploy, implement, define roles and responsibilities, and update workflows for organizational management and collaboration on processes and documentation.
Responsible for proofreading documents for grammatical, syntactical, and usage errors, including spelling, punctuation, and adherence to standards and style guides; provide quality control by reviewing documents for clarity and accuracy of content; create, revise, and verify accuracy of all technical graphics, charts, and diagrams.
Engage directly with Government customers, internal customers, team members and management regularly during all aspects of knowledge management in the production and refinement of all deliverables and reports.

High School diploma and 6+ years or prior relevant experience, Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience, or Master’s Degree and 1 year experience
Must hold active DoD Secret Clearance
Solid hands-on experience with and knowledge of creating, revising, and proofreading materials with exceptional attention to detail, and adherence to strict contractual deadlines
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all team members and subject-matter experts, including verbal and written correspondence
Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SharePoint 2013 and 2016, and Adobe applications

Bachelor's degree in associated field
DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification
Current ITIL Foundations 2011 certification
Knowledge of and experience in applying ITIL principles and standards to improve incident resolution and customer service standards
SharePoint Site Owner training certificate
SharePoint and/or dashboard experience
Pay Range:Pay Range $48,750.00 - $75,000.00 - $101,250.00
