Leidos Corporate Accounts Receivable department has an opening for a Senior Accounts Receivable Reporting Analyst located in Tucson, AZ. The selected candidate will support the reporting design and delivery for the Leidos Accounts Receivable Organization. The selected candidate will proactively work within the department and externally to improve current reporting deliverables and build/maintain new reports.
Daily reporting deliverables to multiple teams
Trouble shooting VBA Macros and different reporting tools
Communicating with multiple departments to review current processes and understand how they impact certain data sets
Provide process improvement support to the entire ARO through enhanced reporting
May represent AR on special projects (acquisition, implementation, Costpoint, Corporate Initiatives, etc.)
Understand financial policies, reporting procedures, contract types, billing terms and conditions, job cost flow and indirect rate application
3-5 years of related experience
Proficiency in Leidos’ financial applications – CostPoint, Cognos, Toad, etc.
Proficiency in Leidos billing processes
Proficiency in Excel (creating charts, graphs, pivot tables, creating and editing formulas)
Excellent organizational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to handle multiple tasks in a very demanding office environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree is preferred
PowerBI development experience
Working knowledge of SQL and experience utilizing Toad Data Prep software
