INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multidiscipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.
Apply creative solutions to complex problems and work through technical challenges as they apply to intelligence requirements
Accountable for creating, editing, managing, and maintaining lesson plans, workshops, practical exercises, testable material (test bank), and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Facilitate training and instruction in large and small group settings
Subject matter expert on integrating multimedia course instructional methods
Creates and establishes digital workflows to replace manual administrative processes
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
Graduate of Army Instructor School or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e. Common Faculty Development Instructor Course / CFDIC)
14 years of experience as a 35D, 350F, or 35F
3+ years tactical experience as an intelligence professional at a MICO, BCT or DIV-level echelon
Demonstrated expertise with DIS applications, to include DCGS-A Family of Systems, ArcGIS, FADE/MIST, ICI, and other implementation of architecture and topology strategies
Skilled in application of interoperability principles from tactical to strategic level operations
- Proficient in systems integration tasks for MI systems
- Communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates
