Job Description:

Leidos is seeking a Project Integrator to provide support for IT partners and Mission Program Managers to transform user needs and processes into requirements, including IT Accessibility for an artificial intelligence tool. This position is located in the Mclean, VA area and requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph in order to be considered.

The requirements will inform ongoing application development for artificial intelligence tools. The Project Integrator will elicit application requirements from stakeholders. They will collaborate with local and community end users and the software development partner. The Project Integrator will incorporate requirements into the application development plan. They will support the AI/ML tool development environment and provide end user support. The Project Integrator conducted administrative oversight and coordination activities related to user acceptance testing of the artificial intelligence tool.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Requires BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. Demonstrated experience managing requirements in an agile environment.

  • Demonstrated experience translating user needs into requirements for developers and technologists.

  • Demonstrated experience using JIRA project management software.

  • Demonstrated experience engaging users.

  • Demonstrated experience eliciting user requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience with program documentation activities such as creating, drafting, and reviewing documentation.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting user acceptance testing.

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience with commercial assistive technologies such as JAWS screen reader or ZoomText.

  • Demonstrated experience providing hands on training and support for assistive technology users.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting areas such as concept development, systems specifications, technical exchange, requirements generation, metrics, and deployment decisions.

  • Demonstrated experience resolving problems to include organizing and structuring solutions to complex problems.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting project managers, subject matter experts by planning projects, developing contingencies, and producing schedules.

  • Demonstrated coordination and collaboration skills.

  • Demonstrated experience working across organizational boundaries.

  • Demonstrated experience working in a analytic mission area, specifically involving research on analyst user needs.

  • Demonstrated experience at the working level with Project Management Framework.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting application adoption activities with partners.

  • Demonstrated experience with the technologies, specifically tools and applications used for intelligence analysis.

Pay Range:

COVID Response
