Our Prototype Development Support program is looking for candidates with a strong mission focus to support operations within the Cybersecurity Directorate.
As a part of the Office’s procedure and development support team, you will be responsible for developing, updating and formatting procedure documents, desk enabling documents (DEDs), memorandums and other documents as needed. As a part of this position, you will provide backup support to the NCSOC Operations floor, collecting topics and performing some research that goes into the briefings provided weekly to the Director, NSA. This may require evening (11:30am – 7pm) or early morning (7am – 3pm) support. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a high importance, highly visible effort supporting todays cyber frontlines.
- At least five (5) years of experience in document management and technical editing for a program or project of similar complexity.
- BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.
- Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (OneNote, Word primarily).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
- SharePoint experience a plus.
- General familiarity with SIGINT a plus.
- Strong communication skills a must.
- Executive Comms support requires fast turnaround in a high paced environment
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
