Own entirety of the facility service center financial planning, analysis, reporting, and forecast updates for a dozen facility service centers with a total expense allocation of over $5 million.
Prepare service center annual operating plan files with appropriate backup support and documentation.
Coordinate with Service Center Managers (SCM’s), Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Program Managers, and other onsite personnel across multiple facility locations to help track and update floorplan usage.
Using floorplan usage backup, work with Accounting to ensure allocations are appropriately charged each month.
Assess actual expense and base performance versus forecast for reporting and compliance-related requests.
Meet with Service Center Manager (SCM) regularly to incorporate any new information into forecast updates and/or explain major variance drivers.
Help prepare journal entries for Accounting to correct cost and base errors.
Adhoc reporting and analysis as needed.
WHAT SETS YOU APART * Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance related field and 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Economics-related financial analysis
Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and program finance analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent analytical skills, able to identify financial drivers and perform high level and detailed analysis
Good communication skills both verbally and written to clearly provide detailed analysis.
YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE * Preferred Skills:
Government Program Finance experience
Experience with Costpoint, Cognos, Oracle Analytics, and other Leidos financial systems
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
