Job Description:

Leidos is looking for a Project Integrator for a position in the Mclean, VA area. This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph in order to be considered.

The Project Integrator will provide responsive, focused, and support for its IT services. The team will act as the secretariat for all group-level boards to plan, organize, and make project decisions to fulfill work requirements. They will coordinate, facilitate, and schedule meetings and serve as the focal point and action officer making sure actions and tasks from divisions are completed by deadlines. Responsibilities include reviewing and validating weekly and ad hoc reports prior to dissemination to senior management; supporting, planning, leading, or facilitating all-hands, offsites, conferences; providing guidance and support on correspondence formatting to ensure adherence to organizational guidelines; and ensuring all briefings, reports, websites, SharePoint sites, and other media are professional, free of errors, and comply with the appropriate templates.

The team will provide support the development of various types of documents and reports by developing and updating graphics presentations to improve the quality and enhance the usability and readability of these documents. Key skills and tools include: JITR, scheduling, documentation, requirements management, SharePoint, project management tools.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Requires BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating and communicating at various levels with stakeholders, mission partners, and other technical and non-technical staff and contractors at all levels (i.e. amongst peers, technical partners, management, and executive level).

  • Demonstrated experience using JIRA.

  • Demonstrated experience monitoring schedules and providing regular status updates.

  • Demonstrated experience translating technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and facilitating IT project control gates.

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and facilitating technical exchange meetings or technical discussions of IT requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience tracking IT project status, plans, action items and meeting minutes.

  • Demonstrated experience developing various types of documents and reports.

  • Demonstrated experience using SharePoint or other collaboration sites to fully utilize online repositories for project management, project communication, or configuration management.

  • Demonstrated experience using Confluence.

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.

  • Demonstrated experience using service delivery, project management, or service management tools, such as, JIRA, ServiceNow, or Primavera Suite.

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience de-conflicting resource and other dependencies and elevate when appropriate.

  • Demonstrated experience with IT service delivery processes.

  • Demonstrated experience in full life cycle IT project management.

  • Demonstrated experience with approved products list (APL).

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer service.

  • Demonstrated experience understanding Agile methodology and Project Management Framework (PMF).

  • Demonstrated experience with security policies and procedures.

COVID Response
