Leidos is seeking a qualified Change Manager to support the NASA End-User Services and Technologies (NEST) Program. This is an exciting opportunity to join Leidos in the pursuit of the continual innovation and enhancement of NASA’s end-user experience. As a Change Manager, you will collaborate and consult with all functional areas of the program to safeguard the IT production environment from potential risks that can result from updates and releases.
This hands-on role requires attention to detail, with exceptional organization skills and ability to pivot between highly visible customer priorities: a master of flexibility for changing priorities and shifting deadlines.
This role provides excellent visibility of hardware/software change management and must work across the program and interfacing organizations. This role provides opportunity to analyze cross-team requirements, workflows and tools, socialize trade-offs and build consensus, then drive improvements. Your ideas and suggestions for process improvements will be welcomed.
Facilitate and moderate Change Control Boards
Track and manage changes as they move through the change process lifecycle
Attend weekly planning sessions with the customer
Report on change request timelines in internal and external meetings
Bachelor’s Degree (experience may be substituted in lieu of degree)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Familiar with AGILE framework
Experience with ServiceNow
Experience with Change Management in enterprise environments
Experience with customer service models in government contracts
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires BS and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience
