We are in search for a Project Manager to work in our Beavercreek, OH office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to support fielding new systems and products in support of various emerging Air Force Lifecycle Management Center (AFLCMC) programs. The programs are broken down into several subtasks culminating with a prototype and sustainment support for the Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA) based ATE/TPS Sustainment Facility (ATSF) and supported programs of record such as MQ-9, U-2, F-16 and other platforms.

-Project Management oversight of the Automated Test Stand Sustainment Initiative II

-Design, develop, oversee and manage the day-to-day execution aspects of current and future projects while serving as a liaison between program management and government customers.

-Provide and review status of projects and budgets

-Manage schedules and prepare status reports for review to AFLCMC customers

-Assess project challenges and develop resolutions to meet cost, schedule and performance objectives

-Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with program managers and customers

-Administratively provide, track, and maintain status of CDRLs pertaining to contractual efforts

-Work with government and contractor counterparts to support engineering design efforts, follow on production, and developmental and operational flight test demonstration efforts as applicable.

-Assist in the production or review of documents for program office use that support the breadth of the projects acquisition and lifecycle sustainment.

WHAT SETS YOU APART (job qualifications)

-A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience

-Knowledge, experience and demonstrated ability to perform independently in the position as a Project manager

-Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work, and lead as part of a multi-disciplined team.

-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.

-Proficiency on acquisition Intelligence Policy, Critical Intelligence Parameters (CIPS) and Production Requirements (PRs).

-Must be able to work successfully with all levels of engineering, logistics, program management, and program leadership, AFLCMC directorates and headquarters, AFRL, prime contractors and subcontractors, and other government and private sector personnel.

-25% CONUS travel required

Security Clearance Requirement

A current DoD Secret level of clearance


-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

-Microsoft Project Experience

-Familiarity with IMP/IMS, WBS, and control account structure and earned value analysis.

-Earned value calculations, cost and schedule integration.


Pay Range:

Pay Range $71,500.00 - $110,000.00 - $148,500.00
