Summary of Essential Functions:

If you like digging into data, creative brainstorming, and building something new, this is the role for you. This position performs a wide variety of marketing and sales automation tasks using a variety of digital platforms. This is a highly collaborative, team-player role that involves attention to detail to setup, test, and administer digital systems for the greater services team. Our Business Process Technologists are logical problem solvers, with a knack for data and a desire to be technology innovators.

While the foundation of marketing technology management is centralizing technology and data — the “operating” in marketing operations — real success in these roles is often achieved through connecting to the rest of this grid.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of digital business strategies including but not limited to e-commerce
  • Create a streamlined relationship between information technology and marketing
  • Work to ensure marketing strategies and associated tools complement the service organization's overall goals
  • Research and recommend new marketing technology products
  • Operate marketing technology products as an administrator
  • Train and support end users on using marketing technology products
  • Integrate marketing technology products with each other
  • Monitor data quality within marketing technology products

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, engineering, mathematics or a related field
  • A background in combining marketing technologies with enterprise applications will be helpful.
  • 8+ years of working experience, with 2+ years of Cloud application management experience
  • Salesforce certifications

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent technical skills including but not limited to Microsoft Cloud and other marketing automation tools, analytical tools and search engine optimization best practices
  • Creativity in order to assist with the creation of marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical abilities to analyze customer data and determine if strategies are effective in enhancing the customer experience
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with marketing personnel and interface with other parts of the business
  • Project Management Professional certification in progress
  • Be able to deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team player, yet also be an independent and proactive contributor, with excellent problem solving and organizational skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires a BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience
