Leidos seeks an Energy Engineer to support energy-efficiency programs that promote the use of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy measures for large industrial and commercial facilities in Wisconsin as part of the Focus on Energy program. This exciting position offers a very unique career opportunity for a dynamic person who possess excellent technical, communication and organizational skills to promote leading edge energy efficiency projects within a creative team environment. As part of Wisconsin’s Focus on Energy program, a nation leading program, you will support customer opportunities to meet energy and carbon emission reduction goals for the customers and for the State of Wisconsin.
• Four-year technical degree and 0+ years of relevant experience with industrial manufacturing environments and energy management is desired. An entry level candidate with no direct experience will be considered depending on their educational background. Excellent written and verbal communications are essential. An engineering degree is preferred.
• This position requires a valid driver’s license and physical ability to perform field verification of pre and post installation of energy efficiency measures.
• Manage relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and practices.
• Demonstrate productivity, accuracy, organization and effective communication in performance of work.
