Job Description:
Leidos is seeking a Project Integrator for a 150+ FTE technical development program supporting the Sponsor’s Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. This position is located in the Reston, VA area and requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph in order to be considered.
The Expert Project Integrator is responsible for planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives. Duties may include ensuring that all projects run within scope, time, and budget constraints. This position also interfaces with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel. The Project Integrator may have delegated responsibility for profit and loss for assigned projects.
The Project Integrator will:
Provides technical advice/input that impact strategic client outputs and Leidos business results.
Impacts functional strategy by developing new solutions, processes, standards or operational plans that position Leidos competitively in the marketplace
Serves as a leader on large, complex projects
Typically negotiates and compromises to convince internal and external parties to accept concepts, practices and approaches of the area
Asses workflow issues and lead improvement efforts
Extensively analyzes highly complex problems to seek understanding of the underlying issue and root cause of the problem
Work directly with the sponsor and effectively communicate, capturing and operationalizing the sponsor’s intent
Responsible for entire processes spanning multiple technical areas.
Communicates with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members.
Mandatory Skills:
BS degree with 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience, will consider additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
Prior experience with programs of similar size and complexity.
Experience with the Sponsor and the Sponsor’s mission.
Possess in-depth knowledge of Lean Agile practices.
Ability to utilizes expert domain knowledge, professional principles and theories to develop advanced concepts, techniques, solutions and standards.
Proven leadership skills in a complex technical environment with tight security restrictions.
Must have experience with IdAM / ICAM delivery systems, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes, Entitlement Management and Digital Policy Management.
Must have experience with security accreditation process.
Desired Skills:
MS with 10 to 13 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with the Sponsor’s entitlement management programs.
PMP, SAFe Agilist Certification, AWS certification.
Security +, ITIL, Amazon Web Services Certificate.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $101,400.00 - $156,000.00 - $210,600.00Covid Guidance
