LEIDOS is currently searching for a motivated and adaptable individual for a RexX Adoption and Change Management Lead role, to support the Department of Defense Healthcare Management System Modernization (DHMSM) Program, a highly visible $4.3B single award IDIQ vehicle that provides support to the Defense Health Agency. The DHMSM program is the DoD’s leading program designed to deploy a modern electronic health record (EHR) system across the United States and around the globe. Leidos, with core partners Cerner, Accenture, and Henry Schein, will support the DHMSM Program Executive Office (PEO) and the Defense Health Agency in the global deployment of our proposed EHR that will deliver improved system capability to the DoD whenever and wherever healthcare is required. The DHMSM system will provide important health IT capabilities to 9.6 million active military, their families, and their beneficiaries. The system will replace the current EHR AHLTA/CHCS, which Leidos built and currently provides sustainment services at locations around the world.
The RevX Adoption and Change Management Lead will be responsible for oversight and execution of all Change Management and Adoption activities under the umbrella of the RevX Implementation program. This will involve management of all Change Management “Waves” for deployment of the revenue cycle applications across the DOD. This role will manage 25 staff comprised of Accenture, Leidos and small businesses. Key activities include development of Start-Stop-Continue, Change Impact Summary, Supervisor Change Sessions, support of action plans, go live readiness activities and go live support. Requires deep revenue cycle workflow knowledge. Effectively communicate with internal and client project team members across multiple technologies and methods (written, presentation, and verbal).
- BA degree 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience
- US Citizen. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. Contract requirement.
- Deep knowledge of hospital revenue cycle processes
- Strong project management knowledge
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including the proven ability to effectively work across different audiences, personalities and experience levels.
