The Defense Group at Leidos as an exciting opportunity as an Compliance Process and Projects Lead on our GSM-O II IDIQ contract’s Joint Service Provider (JSP) Cyber Security Task Order in Alexandria, VA. JSP provides a full range of IT products, services, and solutions and customer services to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) and the Joint Staff (JS), Director of Administration (DA), Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), and other OSD offices for them to meet mission and business requirements. Through the JSP Cyber Security program, JSP performs a wide variety of services and functions required to secure the information security posture for DoD services.
Provide strategic and analytical support services for senior level engagement and risk mitigation by providing industry best practices and recommendations
Review policies and directive documents while providing analytical, technical, and Cybersecurity compliance input
Determine, develop, and implement Information Assurance (IA) and Cybersecurity standards and procedures.
Perform governance, metrics development, policy monitoring and updating, and communication sharing for Cybersecurity related programs, including (but not limited to) governance, metrics, policy, and communications.
Leverage Big Data (BD) and Business Intelligence (BI) analytical tools to identify, analyze, visualize, and communicate the organizational mission, cybersecurity related findings, security posture, compliance status, Key Performance Indictors (KPI), vulnerability status, and the threat picture to organizational leadership
Identify, report, and resolve security violations.
Support customers at the highest levels in the development and implementation of doctrine and policies.
Active DoD Secret clearance or higher (program can support up to TS/SCI)
DoDI 8570 IAT Level II Certification and DoDI 8570 CSSP Infrastructure Support Certification
BS and 8-12 years of prior experience, add'l experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Experience in providing security recommendations to senior leadership
Expert in creating and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WI), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs)
Expert in creating presentations and presenting policies, guidance, and procedures regularity
Knowledge of Capability Maturity Model (CMM) techniques
Knowledge of DoD cyber security policies and regulations
