Leidos has an immediate opening for an AETC/A2 Resource Advisor & Support Specialist at Randolph AFB, TX. Candidates must already possess a current TS/SCI in order to be considered. Provides executive level administrative support to the AETC/A2 commander. Focal point for unit funds expenditures. Manages/supervises unit budget. Analyzes financial management trends and practices; develops guidance for the efficient use of unit funds/resources. Develops quarterly/annual financial plans. Performs routine and non-routine tasks including special projects with little to no supervision. Responsible for scheduling and preparation for meetings for the commander. Responsible for compiling and proofing various reports and studies presented to the commander. Proactively interacts with other support staff and departments to gather, supply and coordinate information. Responds to and sources out HHQ taskers received on NIPR/SIPR C2 systems.
Additional Job Duties::
* Assist, coordinate, and provide guidance on plans, programs, and budgeting as well as resource planning within the Directorate.
* Prepare independent analysis of current and projected financial baselines
* Prepare and present briefings to senior leaders
* TS/SCI on Day 1
* Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 yrs of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
* Five years of financial resource management experience, including at least 3 years supporting the U.S. Air Force
* Two years of program management staff experience
* Previous executive level administrative support
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Experience with the following: Automated Business Service System (ABSS), Commanders Resource Information System (CRIS), DEAMS, FM Suite and Wide Area Workflow
* Experience working within a U.S. Air Force intelligence organization
