Leidos is seeking a Program Manager (PgM) for a large scale contract in the general location of Warren, MI to provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the contract.

Responsibilities Include:
Responsibilities include assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising on-going technical efforts, and managing overall performance.
The PgM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the TO, to include both technical issues and businesses processes.
It is required that the PgM be an employee of the prime contractor and have the authority to make decisions for the contractor’s organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic, and resource limitations issues.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
BA/BS or equivalent experience and 12 or more years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 or more years or prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Generally has 7 or more years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
The PgM must work within 50 miles of the customer site located within the greater Detroit area.
Possess a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification or Defense Acquisition Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management Certification.
A minimum of 10 or more years experience with the military logistics and maintenance operations.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
Experience planning, directing, and managing Leidos' proposed methodologies and approach for a project of or program similar in size, scope and complexity with a government contract. This includes, but is not limited to, managing multiple places of performance worldwide and a dispersed workforce; frequent procurement of materials and equipment; employee relations (including subcontractors, cost, budget, and managing to milestones), and with a contract value > $750m
Experience managing projects with multiple performance locations both CONUS and OCONUS including combat operations.
Experience operating with Foreign Governments and Special Operations Organizations.
Experience with OCONUS related sustainment operations.
Clearance Required:
Possess an active DoD SECRET clearance
