Job Description:

Leidos’s Federal Health Operation currently has an opening for a CHCS/AHLTA System Administrator/FISCAM Auditor Support. Location will be based on from home office or applicant’s location at MTF (Military Treatment Facility) if space is available.

As a FISCAM Audit Support, staff will be responsible for preforming all management of FISCAM required audits as identified in the Statement of Work for this Task Order. Systems supported under this contract, and training staff in the administration of CHCS FISCAM Audit requirements and utilization of the Global Services Desk Service Know Site Groups for FISCAM documentation and Support. Communicate with external Leidos and government customer resources for planned FISCAM Site Audit site activities and implementation actions. Assist with FISCAM implementation activities. Coordinate communication and system finding based on required reports and audits.. Manage the overall review and documentation for a fixed group of CHCS Host locations for FISCAM required reporting and documentation. Ensure IAVAs are updated as required and data integrity is protected. May assist in troubleshooting LAN/WAN network communications operations, hardware and application software. Track trouble calls and process performance reports. Ensure on-site capability to accomplish routine backups and recovery processes, review of numerous log and audit files at multiple host locations. Regularly interact with customer and/or functional area managers. Assist District Managers (DM) with customer FISCAM questions and  service site issues. Provide remote site support and/or mentoring to site staff. This position may involve some after-hours support.

Relocation is not available. Position will be a remote support position leveraging GFE equipment and access to a VPN.

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of general experience as it relates to principal duties and responsibilities. Six (6) years of general experience as it relates to principal responsibilities and duties is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. Strong knowledge of Composite Health Care System (CHCS) is required.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of CHCS System Administration and CHCS Functionalities. General knowledge of Windows server platforms and Virtual System environments. Able to communicate effectively (both written & verbal) with broad audience to include senior government officials, medical professionals and highly specialized technical personnel. Must be a self -starter, able to work independently, able to adapt to working in a fast paced high workload environment.

Must currently possess CompTIA Security+ Certification.

Desired Skills:

A strong commitment to customer service and support, with a strong technical skillset and attention to detail.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 - $135,000.00
